Pre and post-class, blissful yogis replenish here on healthful fare grounded in the same philosophy as Hawaii's internationally acclaimed Blossoming Lotus restaurant. For breakfast, there's tofu scrambles and Live Buckwheat Granola; for lunch,a bowl of miso soup, and for dinner, a smoked maple tempeh sandwich.
