Thai Bloom! attracted attention in the Portland food scene early on by garnering a coveted position on the Portland Food Adventure. So it was only natural that we take our place among the area’s finest dining establishments by opening our second restaurant at 333 NW 23rd Avenue in the Northwest District of downtown Portland.
