We've been in business since 2014. A Jianbing is a Chinese wrap/crepe filled with scrambled egg layer, sweet and savory chili bean paste, green onion, cilantro, zhacai(preserved mustard tuber, delicious!) and crispy wonton crackers. It's very delicious and has great texture to it. Also, jianbing has always been one of the top street foods in China. It's perfect to eat it on the go!
