Thomas and Mariah Pisha-Duffly have drawn inspiration from their travels in Southeast Asia as well as their mixed and diverse culinary backgrounds to create Gado Gado. The menu celebrates Thomas’ Chinese Indonesian heritage. We offer a Chef’s Choice Rice Table dining experience, our interpretation of the Dutch-Indonesian “Rijsttafel” feast and a robust a la carte menu.
