My "Pops" Derrick Stevens took over in 1994 and took Southern Breakfast to another level. It is a personal point of pride that it is the oldest Black-Owned Restaurant in the city. My Pops taught me everything I know about this business. The three principals of business that Big Al stressed to my father and I hope to continue here is " Great food and great service at a fair price" is the ONLY way to de business!
